PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer capable of solving problems such as odor generation, abnormal odor of water to be discharged, or excess heat within a treatment vessel. SOLUTION: The garbage disposer is composed so that garbage placed in the garbage disposer is dried with hot wind while being crushed by agitation blades so as to remove moisture, and odor or moisture removed by the process are run through a hot heat suction tank 12 arranged on the discharge line, and an odor eliminating catalyst tank 14 for deodorization (deodorizing means), and a tank 16 for discharge of useful microorganism, so as to discharge moisture and odor, in addition to useful microorganisms.
