PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that, when a connector having contact pins implanted therein and a mounting substrate are electrically connected to each other at a bottom entry, alignment in inserting the contact pins into insertion holes of the mounting substrate is difficult, and especially when any of the contact pins is deformed, much labor is required for inserting the contact pins into the insertion holes of the mounting substrate. SOLUTION: At the body formed in a plate shape using a synthetic resin having electrical insulation as a raw material, each guide hole having a diameter expanding toward the surface side in a funnel shape is formed at the same pitch as that of each contact pin implanted in the connector being a connection object for the bottom entry and each insertion hole of the mounting substrate corresponding to the contract pin while penetrating the front and rear sides of the body, and fixing metal fittings to be soldered to a land on the mounting substrate are mounted on a pair of side parts of the body opposite to each other, and then the insertion holes of the mounting substrate and the guide holes are superimposed and fixed to the mounting substrate so as to coincide with each other.
