SLIM MULTIFUNCTIONAL PLATE FOR LCD TV, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF AND BACK LIGHT UNIT EQUIPPED WITH THEM

PURPOSE: A slim multifunctional plate for an LCD TV, a method for manufacturing the same, and a backlight unit with the same are provided to shorten an optical distance in a lamp, thereby realizing slimming. CONSTITUTION: A polarization layer(40) including a birefringence microfiber(30) is integrated in the lower part of a pattern diffusing plate with a lenticular lens shape(20) on a transparent base(10). The thickness of a complex plate is 1~5 mm. The pattern diffusing plate includes a lenticular lens shape with a semi-elliptic section or a cylindrical lens shape with a triangle section. A unit pitch length per a lenticular lens is 50~300 micrometer. A tangential angle in both end points of a lens lower part per the lenticular lens is 30~80 degrees.
