<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of easily changing over into light distribution states rich in varieties. <P>SOLUTION: A light distribution changeover means control part 42 of a control part 40 controls a light distribution changeover means 30 to set a given light distribution state preliminarily set at a given time. When another given time point comes, the light distribution changeover means control part 42 controls the light distribution changeover means 30 to set another light distribution state, so that a light distribution state can be formed in accordance with environments.
