<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method for bonding a thermosetting fluorine elastomer to a substrate in good balance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bonding method for bonding the thermosetting fluorine elastomer to the substrate comprises: applying an epoxy resin primer composition onto the substrate and curing it to form a primer layer (A); applying a fluororesin primer composition thereon and curing it to form a primer layer (B), wherein the fluororesin primer composition comprises (B-a) a linear fluoropolyether compound which has at least two alkenyl groups in a molecule and has a perfluoropolyether structure in its main chain, (B-b) fluorine-containing organohydrogensiloxane, (B-c) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst, and (B-d) a compound having at least one epoxy group and/or a trialkoxysilyl group in a molecule, provided that the ratio of SiH groups to alkenyl groups in the composition is 0.3 or higher and lower than 1.0; and further applying the thermosetting fluorine elastomer (C) thereon and curing it.
