PURPOSE: An implant for bone tissue substitution and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which improve bio-affinity and initial fixture and stability of the surgical operation implant. CONSTITUTION: An implant for bone tissue substitution using hydroxyapatite is prepared to improve vivo stability and affinity by sintering the mixture of hydroxyapatite, third distilled water, and binder. A manufacturing method of implant for bone tissue substitution comprises: manufacturing synthetic sol by crushing the mixture of hydroxyapatite, third distilled water, and binder using a jet mill; rapid thermal high speed drying(200); first rapid thermal process(400) at the high temperature; and second low speed thermal process(600) at the high temperature. |
