PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve toner charging performance, improve relative humidity insensitivity, improve hydrophobic surface characteristics, reduce surface energy on the particle surfaces, improve flow properties, reduce particle-to-particle cohesion, and reduce blocking, particularly when ambient temperatures rise.
