<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord holder for storing the earphone cord of a portable player. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cord holder 1 is provided with a plurality of convex sections 2 or the like for deviation prevention on an almost central plane; a fitting section 3 optimally structured to hold both a portion of an earphone cord 11 and a plug mold section 13; and a slit 4 for cord holding formed at a top end plane section having an angle, wherein the upper top end of the slit 4 is structured so as to be shifted to the upper direction of the slit base section, and a string 7 which can be engaged with a hook 10 of a portable player 8 or the plug section 13 is mounted on a mounting hole 5, and a non-slip section 6 is formed on the bottom face.
