<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor favorably utilized in the field with a high-frequency current flowing and excellent in insulating characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reactor 1 includes: a coil 2 formed by spirally winding a winding 2w constituted of a litz wire; a magnetic core 3 in which the coil 2 is disposed; and an insulating bobbin 4 interposed between the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3. The insulating bobbin 4 includes a winding body part 4d on which the winding 2w is wound and a partitioning part 4d erected on the outer periphery of the winding body part 4d.
