PURPOSE: A data encryption system and a method thereof are provided to integratedly store encryption key with hardware, thereby improving compatibility about encryption of data and decoding process. CONSTITUTION: A user authority information determination unit(202) determines user authority information about encoded information. An encoding key extractor(203) extracts key corresponding to the user authority information. An Information extractor(204) extracts the encoded information from a database. An information decoder(205) decodes the encrypted information by the extracted key. A transmitting unit(206) transmits the decoded information to the user terminal.
