This aims to provide a drug delivery system which is constituted by connecting a drug delivery device or a sub unit having a function to deliver a drug, to a drug delivery device or a main unit having a drug wrapping function, and a drug delivery device which can be suitably adopted in the drug delivery system. The drug delivery system (1) includes the main unit (2), the sub unit (3) and a transfer device (5) for the transfer between the two units. In the drug delivery system (1), the drug delivered from the side of the sub unit (3) is transferred by the transfer device (5) to the side of the main unit (2), and can be wrapped and delivered in a drug wrapping unit (21) together with the drug delivered from a main storage unit (20) or the like, on the side of the main unit (2).
