The device has a measurement device (40) including a central unit (42) and an evaluation platform (41). A modular data base (410) of the platform is connected with the central unit. The central unit has an input device (44) and an output device (45). The platform selects a modular group in the modular data base according to measurement of number of internal parts of body parts of the person and input of the personal data. The evaluation platform determines a numerical value of internal parts of head and trunk using the numerical values of the internal parts of the body parts. An independent claim is also included for a method for measuring bio-electrical resistance of human body parts.
