<p>PURPOSE: A dye-sensitized solar cell using a carbon nano tube electrode is provided to prevent a crack of semiconductor oxide when deformation of a substrate is generated by providing a supporting structure of the semiconductor oxide for forming a photo electrode. CONSTITUTION: A dye-sensitized solar cell using a carbon nano tube electrode includes a transparent conductive substrate(20), a photo electrode(30), a counter electrode substrate(40), and an electrolyte(50). In the transparent conductive substrate, a conductive transparent electrode(22) including carbon nano tube is formed in an inner side of a transparent substrate(21). The photo electrode includes a porous layer(31), a first semiconductor oxide(32), and a dye molecule(33). The porous layer includes the carbon nano tube formed on the conductive transparent electrode. The first semiconductor oxide is coated in the carbon nano tube of the porous layer. The dye molecule is absorbed to the first semiconductor oxide. The counter electrode substrate is faced with the transparent conductive substrate. The electrolyte is charged between the two substrates.</p> |
