<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotatably support a cam cylinder with respect to a fixed cylinder without generating a backlash radial-directionally. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Tapered faces 15, 16 inclined respectively at fixed angles are formed in a front end side and a rear end side of the cam cylinder 6, A tapered reception face 18 is formed at an inclination corresponding to the tapered face 16, in a rear end of the fixed cylinder 5. A press ring 21 formed with a tapered reception face 22 corresponding to the tapered face 15 in a front end side of the cam cylinder 6 is pressed onto a front end part of the cam cylinder 6 by an energizing force of a coil spring 20. The cam cylinder 6 is supported rotatably around an optical axis P as the center, by slide contact between the respective tapered faces 15, 16 and the tapered reception faces 22, 18 provided in the fixed cylinder 5.
