PURPOSE: A reaction container and a micro reaction container using the same are provided to enhance reaction mount between the reaction materials. CONSTITUTION: A reaction container(101) has one or more protrusion(102) inside. The reaction container is a micro reaction container for biochemical reaction. The reaction container is a well of microplate for biochemical reaction. The protrusion is integral or separated from the reaction container. The protrusion is spherical, semi-spherical, cylindrical, conical, or trapezoidal. The micro reaction array is formed by collecting two or more reaction containers.
