<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve retention in a workflow by improving a workflow itself by using history of approval processing in the workflow. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow improvement system 100 is configured of: a history storage means 1110 for receiving history information from the terminal 300 of a person in charge of approval; a difference calculation means 111 for extracting execution date information from the history information group of each approval work, and for calculating a difference time of an execution date between persons in charge of approval; a bottle neck specification means 112 for calculating the retention time of an approval organization unit by integrating the retention time of each person in charge of approval for each affiliation approval organization, and for specifying the approval organization with the maximum retention time as a bottle neck organization; a candidate retention time calculation means 113 for reading an alternative candidate organization to the bottle neck organization from a storage means, integrating the retention time of the person in charge of approval assigned to the alternate candidate organization and calculating the retention time of the alternate candidate organization; and a recombination execution means 114 for setting the alternate candidate organization whose retention time is minimized between the alternate candidate organizations to a template instead of the bottle neck organization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
