<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that accuracy in monitoring the state of a battery pack 10 is deteriorated at the time of the disconnection of electric routes which connect both ends of blocks B0-B6 constituting the battery pack 10 by voltage detecting circuits A and B. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that a line L7 is disconnected, for instance, a voltage of the block B6 is calculated by subtracting the total of detected values of voltages of the blocks B0-B5 from a voltage of the battery pack 10 detected by using a flying capacitor 24 and a voltage detecting circuit 29. In the case of the disconnection of a line L1, flying capacitors 22a and 22b are charged by turning switches S0 and S2 on, and the total of the charging voltage is calculated as the total value of voltages of the blocks B0 and B1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
