PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic transmission device improving vibration reduction performances. SOLUTION: This device includes a damper means 20 relatively rotatably connecting a first member 10 and a second member 30 through an elastic body 21 and transmitting drive force transmitted to the first member 10 form a drive source to the second member 30 through the elastic body 21, a hydraulic transmission means 40 provided at an opposite side to the damper means 20 over the second member 30 with respect to an axial direction of an output shaft 60 and transmitting drive force transmitted to the second member 30 to the output shaft 60 through working medium, and a reaction force means 100 applying reaction force F1 equivalent to pressing force F0 from the damper means 20 to the hydraulic transmission means 40 on which pressing force F0 to the damper means 20 side along an axial direction by pressure of working medium acts.
