The present application relates to a probiotic composition comprising a probiotic bacteria. The composition is particularly useful as a food supplement for normalizing the gastro-intestinal flora. The probiotic bacteria present in the composition contain species of Propionibacterium, Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Streptococcus. Also disclosed herein are methods of producing such composition and uses of the composition. |
