<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent composition for textile products, suppressed in viscosity change even in storage on a condition of temperature change at a high temperature region. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The treating agent composition for textile products contains at a specific ratio (a) a silicon compound represented by general formula (1), (b) an amine compound having in a molecule two 12-22C hydrocarbon which may be divided with ester or amide, or a salt or a quaternary compound thereof, and (c) an amine compound having in a molecule one 9-22C hydrocarbon which may be divided with ester or amide, or a salt or a quaternary compound thereof. [In the formula, X is R<SP>1</SP>, OR<SP>2</SP>, OR<SP>3</SP>, or OH; Y is X, -O-Si(X)<SB>3</SB>or OH; R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-22C hydrocarbon; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-4C hydrocarbon; OR<SP>3</SP>is alkoxy derived from a 6-16C fragrant alcohol; n is 0-15; and at least one OR<SP>3</SP>is included in a molecule].
