<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient arrangement of an engine 70 with an exhaust emission control device 1 on a working vehicle 120 having a restricted mounting space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This engine device to be mounted on the working vehicle 120 includes an engine cooling fan 76 provided on one side of the engine 70. Around the engine 70, the exhaust emission control device 1 is arranged for purifying exhaust gas from the engine 70. Between the exhaust emission control device 1 and the cooling fan 76, a windproof body 90 is arranged for shielding cooling air flowing from the cooling fan 76 toward the exhaust emission control device 1. The existence of the windproof body 90 prevents the cooling air from the cooling fan 76 from directly hitting the exhaust emission control device 1, surely suppressing the deterioration of the exhaust emission control device 1 due to the cooling air and thus a reduction in the temperature of the exhaust gas inside it.
