PURPOSE: A device for removing astringency and softening of persimmon and a method thereof are provided to sterilize the persimmon while improving freshness of the persimmon while drastically reducing astringency removing and softening time. CONSTITUTION: A sealed storage(3) includes a door(2). A shelf(4) is installed to settle persimmon inside the storage. A plasma generator(5) and a blower(6) are installed at the inside the storage. A controller(7) is installed to the outside of the storage to control the plasma generator and the blower. The persimmon is stayed at the storage for 1 ~ 3 days to remove stringency of the persimmon. |
