PURPOSE: A multilayer capacitor is provided to reduce an ESL(Equivalent Series Inductance) by flowing currents on a first inner electrode and a first terminal electrode in an opposite direction. CONSTITUTION: A first inner electrode(20) is arranged inside a condenser element(10). A second inner electrode(30) is arranged inside the condenser element in order to face the first inner electrode. A first terminal electrode comprises a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal is connected to a leading-out unit of the first inner electrode. The second terminal has a wide portion and a narrow portion. The width of the wide portion is wider than that of the first leading-out width. The width of the narrow portion decreases from the wide portion to the second terminal electrode.
