PURPOSE: A data transferring device of a mobile phone is provided to use a USB memory drive and a transmitting member, thereby overcoming the limit of storage capacity. CONSTITUTION: An USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory drive stores various information data of a video file. A transmitting member is connected to the USB memory drive. The transmitting member has a plug for transmitting the stored information. The plug of the transmitting member is inserted into USB ear-jack. A display unit displays information on one side of a main body.
