<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selective reduction catalyst device improving a mixed state of exhaust gas and a reducing agent and improving exhaust emission control performance. <P>SOLUTION: This selective reduction catalyst device 300 includes: a selective reduction catalyst converter 310; a reducing agent supply means 340; and a swirl flow generation means 350 generating a swirl flow in exhaust gas. The swirl flow generation means has fins 352 provided to a plurality of openings 355 of a disc-like portion 351 and generating the swirl flow in exhaust gas. The fins are connected to the disc-like portion substantially along the tangent direction of the disc-like portion in the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of the disc-like portion, obliquely extends to the disc-like portion toward the inner diameter side of the disc-like portion, and formed into a tapered shape.
