<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable decoration device which can output two rotational driving forces simultaneously based on the driving force from a single driving source and includes a decoration ring assembly driven by a driving mechanism capable of changing the relative velocity of the two rotational driving forces. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A shape and a dimension of an exposed area of the displayed portion of a game machine defined inside of a first and a second rotational bodies can be varied by changing the relative position of the respective guide pin within each guide groove and also changing synchronously position angles of a plurality of movable strips based on the rotational speed difference between the first and the second rotational bodies brought about by a base gear wheel and a driven gear wheel of a driving mechanism 6.
