摘要 <p>The invention discloses an integrated equipment for producing low-E coated glass in a float glass manufacturing line, which includes an online membrane-plating environment conditioning device for an A0 area of an annealing kiln and a plating apparatus set in the device. The above conditioning device comprises a shell; a carrying roller which bears a glass tape to operate from the transitional roller table area to the A1 area of the annealing kiln is arranged inside the shell; a curtain baffle, an upper turnover plate and a lower turnover plate are arranged on a joint of the shell and the transitional roller table area and a joint of the shell and the A1 area of the annealing kiln respectively. The plating apparatus comprises multiple baseplates in parallel with each other. A slot is set between two adjacent baseplates, and the length of the slot is matched with the width of the glass tape. The slot is connected with air inlet chamber or air outlet chamber set above the slot. The integrated equipment effectively solves the problems of simplex function of plating, small adjustment range of coating and poor quality of film occurred on the existing online plating apparatus for float glass. The integrated equipment has the advantages of simple structure, multiple function of plating, large adjustment range of thickness of coating, good quality of film and great economic benefit.</p>
