NETWORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CAPABLE OF EDITING AND MANAGING OBJECTS GRAPHICALLY, AND SUPPORTING VARIOUS NETWORK APPRATUSES

PURPOSE: A network management system which can edit and control graphically, and support various network device are provided to easily perform network management about a new network device through graphical editing without complex network management protocol programming. CONSTITUTION: An editing unit(110) arranges at least one components of the network element and a network element(201~205) on a screen. The editing unit edits a command based on predetermined protocol corresponding to a command set. A viewer(130) receives selection of three set of commands about constitution elements thereof and a selected network device. The viewer transmits command corresponding to the selected command set to the network element. The viewer displays status information of the network element.
