<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission method capable of performing stable signal transmission when performing signal transmission more non-contactly by electromagnetic induction, a receiver, a transmitter and a semiconductor device. <P>SOLUTION: The transmitter synchronizes with a transmission clock and supplies current in the direction corresponding to the value of transmission data to a transmission coil. The receiver takes a difference between signals at different timings about the signals induced to a reception coil by electromagnetic induction, executes a differential operation, and achieves signal transmission to thereby perform stable signal transmission by obtaining a signal in larger amplitude. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
