PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber product-treating agent composition which can momentarily reinforce the intensity of an aroma to give 'fluctuation' to the feeling of the aroma, when a fiber product receives a deformation such as compression. SOLUTION: The fiber product-treating agent composition comprises (a) a silicon compound represented by general formula (1) [wherein X is R<SP>1</SP>, OR<SP>2</SP>, OR<SP>3</SP>or OH; Y is X, -O-Si(X)<SB>3</SB>or OH; R<SP>1</SP>is a 1 to 22C hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1 to 4C hydrocarbon group; OR<SP>3</SP>is a 6 to 16C aromatic alcohol-derived alkoxy group; (n) is 0 to 15; the compound has at least one OR<SP>3</SP>group in the molecule], and (b) a polyhydric alcohol fatty acid ester (the carbon number of the fatty acid is 8 to 24) which has an HLB of 1 to 11 and in whose molecule a polyoxyalkylene group (the carbon number of the alkylene group is 2 to 4) may be introduced, in a specific ratio.
