PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of preventing an upper cover from being bent or warped due to an external shock and being separated from a bare cell, by insert-coupling between a stationary protruded part formed in a circuit module to be mounted on the bare cell and a stationary groove formed inside the upper cover. SOLUTION: The battery pack includes a bare cell containing a cap plate and an insulated electrode terminal 122, a circuit module 200 arranged on an upper part of the bare cell and connected electrically with the bare cell and contains a circuit board 210, and an upper cover 320 for covering the circuit mode. The circuit module contains a base lead plate 260 having a base fixing protruded part protrude in the bare cell in a direction of the upper cover, and the base lead plate is arranged on one side of the circuit board, and the upper cover is provided with a base fixing groove so formed that the base fixing protruded part can be inserted into a region corresponding to the base fixing protruded part.
