PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a discharge port and a drain port at the bottom of a fuel tank without providing a receiving base, and arrange a drain cock also in a position where draining operation can be easily performed. SOLUTION: A longitudinally dividing partition wall 4 is provided on the base plate 3 of a rotating platform 2, and the fuel tank 5 is arranged on the front side of the partition wall 4 above the lateral side of the base plate 3. The fuel tank 5 has a recessed part which forms a space opened outwardly and backwardly with the base plate 3 extending from a bottom wall 5J to an outer surface wall 5G, and the discharge port 6 and the drain port 7 are formed in the deep wall of the recessed part. The drain cock 8 connected to the drain port 7 is provided in part of the partition wall 4 facing the recessed part of the fuel tank 4 from the rear. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
