PURPOSE: A rotating heat exchanger capable of the change of a flow rate by an automatic control is provided to control the flow rate, the temperature distribution, and the humidity distribution of heat exchange fluid and the contents of vapor fluid and liquid fluid by controlling a rotary type heat exchange rotating plate driven by a rotational plate driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A rotating heat exchanger(1000) comprises unidirectional fluid pumps(120a,120b), a bidirectional fluid pumping device(123), and a control device(250). The unidirectional fluid pumps are installed on the bidirectional fluid pumping device and generates negative pressure or positive pressure. The bidirectional fluid pumping device is driven through the control device by the electrical energy of power source(300). The region of the rotary type heat exchange rotating plate(100) in which the two fluids pumped are flowing through and the flow direction is dissimilar each other. The flow paths of the two fluids having different flow directions are isolated each other. The unidirectional fluid pump includes the function of the bidirectional fluid pumping device with being installed in integrated or decoupling-type. The fluid flowing through two ways is pumped to the different flow directions by proceeding the pumping in which the unidirectional fluid pump creates the negative pressure by the control of the control device. As the unidirectional fluid pump proceeds the pumping creating the positive pressure, the fluid flowing through two ways is pumped to the different flow directions. |
