<p>Provided are a stereoscopic image display apparatus and a control method thereof which selectively generates one of a two-dimensional and a three-dimensional image in an image information playback device according to whether a user wears stereoscopic glasses. The stereoscopic image display apparatus includes stereoscopic glasses, and an image information playback device including an output unit which generates one of a two-dimensional and a three-dimensional image according to whether the user wears the stereoscopic glasses, and a first transceiver unit which performs bidirectional communication with the stereoscopic glasses.</p> |
