<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide VHL peptide which can differentiation-induce a nerve stem cell into nerve cells to treat intractable neurologic diseases without accompanying a danger such as infection and cell damages having been observed on gene transduction. <P>SOLUTION: This VHL peptide containing the partial amino acid sequence of VHL protein which differentiation-induces a nerve stem cell into nerve cells. The VHL peptide capable of differentiation-inducing the nerve stem cell into the nerve cells is transduced into the nerve stem cell to differentiation-induce the nerve stem cell into the nerve cells, or the VHL peptide is directly administered into a human body to differentiation-induce the nerve stem cell into the nerve cells, thereby treating intractable neurologic diseases such as Parkinson's disease, cerebral infarction, Alzheimer's disease, spinal injury, cerebral contusion, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Huntington's disease, and malignant cerebral tumor based on regenerative medical treatments. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
