A method for the treatment of narcotic and/or alcoholic dependency is characterized in that prior to prescribing the treatment a structure of a patient's character is additionally studied, for that the patient is accommodated in special milieu for the whole action period, the treatment program is determined based on an amnesia by the results of motivation rate and the structure of a patient's character by forming individual tasks, the treatment is carried out continuously for at least 3-4 months and at least in two stages, each is divided into steps, at the first stage determined as "motivation", the milieu is formed individually for each patient, the treatment program is determined according to the patient's development from "conception to birth" enabling to isolating and separating healthy part and narcotic and/or alcoholic dependence with subsequent "burial" ritual of personality narcotic and/or alcoholic dependence and "birth" of healthy personality forming a stable motivation to recovery in the patient , and at the second stage determined as "main", the milieu is formed individually or for a group of 2-12 patients, the treatment program is determined according to the patient's development period from "birth to full age" forming a dependence-free personality, wherein at each stage and step situations are created for a patient to take an independent solution and proper use of acquired habits with subsequent responsibility for own behavior and transfer from the stage to the stage and from step to the step is carried out after the fulfillment patient's tasks and purposes in accordance with the predetermined treatment program, the results of said tasks and purposes are tested at definite time moments, and by evaluating the results at random time moments by independent experts. The treatment can be also continued at stages "primary social adaptation" and "commune". |
