CONSTITUTION: A nanoemulsion composition for hair growth comprise the 0.0001-30 weight parts of Chrysanthemi sibirici Herba extracts, 5-40 weight parts of surfactant, and solubilizing agent. The Chrysanthemi sibirici Herba extracts is extraction with organic solvent fractions.
