PURPOSE: A method for transmitting a DMB signal and a communications system performing the same are provided to offer information necessary for treating a transmission frame in a receiving side including transmission parameter. CONSTITUTION: A transmission processing unit(200) includes a generation unit(220), an orthogonal code mapping unit(240), and a multiplexing unit(260). The transmission processing unit inserts transmission information into a null interval of a transport frame. The transmission processing unit transmits the transfer frame. The transmission processing unit extracts the transmission information from the null interval.
