PURPOSE: An indoor air control method of a building and a hybrid facade system are provided to save energy and control the interior environment. CONSTITUTION: An indoor air control method of a building comprises an outside window and door(200), a buffer zone(150), and an inner side window and door(100). The outside window and door comprise the hollow layer(250) the outer cover of building is formed. The hollow layer is formed inside outside window and door. The buffer zone is controlled by the state where the outside introduced from outside window and door can flow in into indoor. The inner side window and door are contiguous to the buffer zone and is spaced and established from outside window and door predetermined. And the living room and buffer zone of building are divided.
