Disclosed is a polycarbonate resin composition containing 0.05-2.0 parts by mass of a silicone compound having a reactive functional group and 0.05-7.0 parts by mass of a luster particle per 100 parts by mass of a composition which is composed of 60-90 parts by mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin containing a polycarbonate-polyorganosiloxane copolymer, and 40-10 parts by mass of a glass filler whose refractive index is different from that of the aromatic polycarbonate resin by 0.002 or less. Also disclosed are a polycarbonate resin molded article obtained by molding such a composition, and a method for producing a polycarbonate resin molded article wherein a molded article is obtained by injection molding the composition at a mold temperature of not less than 120°C. The polycarbonate resin composition contains a glass filler, while having excellent metallic appearance (with a total light transmittance of not less than 40% and a specular gloss at 600 of not less than 80), excellent strength and excellent heat resistance. In addition, this polycarbonate resin composition is imparted with high flame retardancy without containing a flame retardant. Also disclosed are a polycarbonate resin molded article obtained by molding such a resin composition, and a method for producing such a polycarbonate resin molded article.
