ULTRASONIC WELDING METHOD

PURPOSE: An ultrasonic welding method is provided to improve the surface state of bead shape by forming a welding part without damage. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic welding method comprises next steps. Two alloy metal plates are overlapped between a snort load of an ultrasonic bonding machine and an anvil. The ultrasonic wave is occurred between the snort load and anvil by forming a welding part. Two alloy metal plates are welded. The amplitude of the ultrasonic wave 1~7μm. A welding time is 2~4 seconds. Knurling is not formed on the surface of the anvil.
