PURPOSE: A midsole adhered with spandex PU(polyurethane) coating cloths is provided to manufacture midsole by simultaneously rotating rotary discs, a press assembly, and a vacuum member along with a center shaft. CONSTITUTION: A midsole adhered with spandex PU(polyurethane) coating cloths comprises: a step of supplying spandex PU coating fabric to a midsole forming mold unit(40) which is combined with a rotating disk; a step of continuously maintaining the mold using a vacuum generating unit in order to closely position the spandex PU coating fabric to the inside of the midsole forming mold unit; a step of forming foamed articles by injecting the polyurethane resin to the mold unit; and a step of successively operating rotating discs, the mold unit and a central axis along with a central axis.
