PROBE UNIT BLOCK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A probe unit block and an assembling method thereof are provided to obtain stability and accuracy by forming a stable assembling structure with improved stability of contact. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of grooves is formed on the upper side of a main block. The main block comprises a protrusion of the leg shape having an accommodating groove. A ceramic bar(430) of square pole shape is inserted into the accommodating groove. A groove accepting both side ends of the ceramic bar is formed in the central part of a side of a slit guide plate(420). The slit guide plate comprises a plurality of bolt insertion grooves.
