PURPOSE: A system and a method for treating a barcode using a mobile phone are provided to conveniently use a discount coupon provision service by providing a discount coupon including personal information to an enterprise without an additional work. CONSTITUTION: A barcode image input unit(11) receives an image including a barcode, and a decoder(12) decodes the image into data. A data processor(13) includes personal information to the data, and an encoder(14) encodes the data including the personal information to the barcode. A display unit displays the barcode, and the barcode is a 2D barcode.
