摘要 PURPOSE: A structure of a micro-needle and a method for manufacturing the micro-needle are provided to simply and economically manufacture the micro-needle and to effectively make flow active ingredient and blood flow into the body through the space between punched skin tissue and the micro-needle surface or a side groove. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a micro-needle includes a side groove(1) which serves as a fluid channel. The external upper part of a protrusion(2) is more narrow than the external side of a body(3) forming the bottom of the side groove. The external upper part of the protrusion is shorter than the upper part of the body. A method for manufacturing the structure of a micro-needle comprises the following steps: forming an optical blocking pattern on a light-transmissive substrate; forming the protrusion for the side groove by masking the substrate with the optical blocking pattern and exposing the substrate after spreading a sensitizer on the substrate; forming a mold for the micro-needle through exposure-develop process; depositing an electroplating seed layer on the upper side of the mold; and separating the plated layer by plating the electroplating seed layer.
