Milling machine for production of the vault protruded profiled laths by means of a cylinder milling machine The invention belongs to the field of wood industry, i.e. final wood processing, and relates to milling the articles by means of milling machine with particular profile on milling machines where the article revolves. The invention solves the problem of production in one passage of the right and the vault protruded profiled laths of different radii, and the same profile with the same cylinder-milling machine of a slab like material. Along with the production of profiled laths is solved the problem of undesired removal of material from the protruded profile on inner radia of the vaulted lath through adjusting the inclination of edge of the profile contour depending on the diameter of the milling machine, profile height and internal minimal radius of the lath. Milling machine according to the invention has a huge stand (1) whereon are set horizontal machines with tables (2) that can be axially moved and revolve around the vertical axis. On the vertical carrier (3) is set a horizontal shaft whereon profiled is a cylindrical milling machine (6) driven by an electric motor (7). |
