PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating samples is provided to obtain high resolution due to electric force and centrifugal force which are continuously operated in a separation process of the samples by simultaneously operating centrifugal filtration and electrophoresis. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for separating samples comprises; a rotatable platform(10) having a disc shape; matrix(20) which is in gel state for electrophoresis and is prepared on the upper part of the platform; (+) electrode which is prepared on A-point of the matrix; (-) electrode which is prepared on B-point of a point symmetry with the A-point; a series power supply unit(30) for supplying (+) power and (-) power; and a sample injection part(40) which is prepared on central side of the matrix. |
