PURPOSE: A marine connection apparatus and a method of the precast concrete block are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by consecutively extruding precast concrete blocks. CONSTITUTION: A marine connection apparatus comprises a manufacture field(130), a water preventing unit(150), an extrusion member(200), and a buoyancy adjustment member. The manufacture field floats in marine. The pushers is formed in the front side.
