PURPOSE: A data communication method and a device thereof are provided to reflect a change of a network status to data transmission immediately. CONSTITUTION: A file information readout unit(800) reads out file information of data to transmit. An operation unit(810) calculates whole data transmission time and data amount per transmission unit hour by using the file information. The operation unit calculates a weighted value to be applied to the whole data transmission time and the data amount per transmission unit hour. A communication unit(820) applies the calculated weighted value to the whole data transmission time and the data amount per transmission unit hour, and transmits data.
