PURPOSE: A tilting chair is provided, which enables a user to stretch easily, and can remove fatigue effectively. CONSTITUTION: A tilting chair includes: a supporting plate(34) in which the seat portion(30) and backboard part(32) are formed into one body; and a frame(36) supporting and keeping the supporting plate. The frame includes: a back of seat supporting part(38) combined with the outside of the backboard part; a pair of connection parts(42,42') which are expanded to the front and are bent in both ends of left and right of the back of the seat supporting part; a pair of front leg parts(44,44') which are expanded downward in the front end of the front connection part; a pair of bottom parts(46,46') which are expanded along the floor side rearward; a pair of back leg parts(48,48') which are expanded to the upper part in the rear end of the bottom part; a seat portion; and a rear support part(50) supporting the gap between the backboard parts.
